Epicman Middle Distance Triathlon

Middle Distance Triathlon in the Lake District. Did a similar event last year (A Day in the Lakes) which is no longer put on, so really happy to find this one. Love this part of the Country. The bike route is the same as the other event and the swim is in the same Lake (Ullswater). This forms part of my training plan for IronMan Wales.
